Springing back from the pandemic, the word ‘Value’ may appear in many minds. A new renaissance has painted the world in appreciation. Arising from the ashes of the troublesome and turbulent climate present in our world, value erupts and spreads its heartfelt contents into humanity’s soul. Value not only includes gratitude; it also encompasses variety. It is seen as the colors painted in the wind, conjured by the fluttering leaves of autumn and the shifting seasons, everchanging and permanent for millennia to come.

For our fifth annual issue, Tellus encourages participants to explore the meaning of value to themselves. Whether it be to cherish the memories of days past, to have strong convictions, or to experience variety in the colors and hues of life, value is constant. No matter the event or occurrence, value holds the precious soul of humanity in its back pocket.
