A Wonderful Celebration of our 5th issue of Tellus Zine with the Teens.

Tellus Zine is a dynamic youth-led digital and print publication through Kennedy Heights Arts Center in Cincinnati, OH. Launched in 2019 the program offers a powerful platform for young voices to share their creative work. With five print issues published to date, Tellus Zine is curated by an all-youth editorial board, featuring visual art, music, and writing from young adults aged 13-21 across Greater Cincinnati.

Mini Launch Party! Tellus Zine Issue 4.5 "Girlhood(It's Complicated)"

Come and celebrate the first ever collaborative issue of Tellus Zine! This issue was inspired by the exhibition “Girlhood(It’s Complicated),” now on view at the Cincinnati Museum Center. To celebrate we will be hosting an evening of fun at Kennedy Heights Arts Center’s Lindner Annex. There will be arts and crafts like, collage, friendship bracelet and button making. Tellus Zine is supported by Kennedy Heights Arts Center, the Dater Foundation, ArtsWave, and the Ohio Arts Council.

The Editorial Board's activities are facilitated by Kennedy Heights Arts Center's Director of Arts Education, Asha White.
Issue 01 was also co-facilitated by Brittany Vernon, Bethany Pelle, and Rachael Banks, and Issue 02 was co-facilitated by Bethany Pelle and Brandon Parker.
